Expertise
I research on abiotic stress in soil-plant system caused by soil salinity and drought in agricultural crops using tools, such as leaf gas exchange, water and osmotic potentials, chlorophyll fluorescence, and pressure-volume curve. In addition, I investigate tolerance mechanisms of Atriplex nummularia focused on phytoremediation of salt affected soils.
I also have expertise in analyzing spatial and temporal variability of physical soil attributes.
